A curated reading list or reading order. Anyone can create one in their own repo, and items can point to any creator's chapters or strips.

`title`required	defs#localizedTitle[]	Localized title of the list. 1–100 items
`description`	defs#localizedDescription[]	Localized description of the list. ≤ 100 items
`createdAt`required	datetime	The date and time the list was created.
`items`	at-uri[]	AT-URIs of work.sequential.chapter or work.sequential.strip records, in the order the curator chose. For a reading order, this is the order to read them in. Use the DID form (at://did:...), not a handle. ≤ 1000 items
